IL-2(Jackson-D)-IL-2 loses the SW portion of Cook County to IL-11 but gains Eastern portion of Will County from IL-11. The new IL-2 is 85-15 (Obama-D)
IL-3(Lipinski-D)-IL- 3 loses Eastern portion of Cook County to IL-1 but gains Eastern portion of DuPage County from IL-13. The new IL-3 is 61-39 (Obama-D)
IL-4(Guitterez-D)-IL-4 loses the Western portion of Cook County to IL-7 but gains the Inner Eastern portion of IL-7. The new IL-4 is 85-15 (Obama-D)
IL-5(Quigley-D)-IL-5 loses the Western portion of Cook County to IL-6 but gains the Outer Eastern portion of IL-7. The new IL-5 is 71-29(Obama-D)
IL-6(Roskam-R)-IL-6 loses SE portion of DuPage County to IL-7 but gains Western portion of Cook County from IL-5. The new IL-6 is 61-39 (Obama-D) (+1D)

IL-13(Biggert-R)- IL-13 loses Eastern DuPage to IL-3 but gains SW portion of Cook County from IL-1. The new IL-13 is 59-41(Obama-D) (+3D)
